About COLLEGE POSSIBILITIES

COLLEGE POSSIBILITIES, LLC was founded by Rachel B. Sobel, a licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Ph.D. in Counselor Education. Her more than 25 years of experience working with adolescents and their families as a psychotherapist, college counselor, and educator, informs her approach to advising families and students with learning differences about the college search and application process.

Rachel routinely visits colleges around the country to meet with representatives from the Office for Students with Disabilities and with college admission counselors to learn about new programs. Additionally, she attends national and regional conferences about trends in college admissions, post-secondary programs, and learning disabilities.
